Book now for an hour's consultation on Zoom with Rachel to discuss your coaching needs. In this first session, you will talk about what you want to change, what is stopping you, and how you might work together. Rachel will explain her approach and theoretical foundations.
Rachel uses a variety of evidence-based methods using somatic psychology, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, therapeutic coaching, CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, and trauma-informed coaching.
Rachel has a Masters in psychology, is a qualified teacher with twenty five years’ experience, nine years working in a social psychology research lab at the University of Oxford, and has training in counselling, trauma-informed coaching, polyvagal theory, life coaching and mindfulness. Rachel takes an evidence-based approach, using published scientific research to inform her advice. Rachel works with all ages, genders, sexual preferences, ethnicities, abilities and backgrounds.
